Despite pressure from the City and an ongoing arson investigation, Geoff Palmer is planning a complete rebuild of the Da Vinci apartment complex in DTLA. As you likely recall, the 526-unit fortress was destroyed in December. Now, Goeff will reconstruct the project with no changes to the structure, reports the Downtown News.
