West LA Project To Soon Break Ground

On Butler, LA

Construction could start in April for a residential project at 11421 West Olympic Blvd known as On Butler.

Renderings from architect Farhad Ashofteh show the six-story building would include about 6,500 SF of commercial space and 70 apartments with seven units of affordable housing to be built by Hypericum Cos, Urbanize LA reports.
