Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood may get a new five-story project called 8555 Santa Monica.

New renderings by DFH Architects show the proposed development would be built around Santa Monica Boulevard and West Knoll Drive, replacing some houses and two commercial buildings.

The Soto Capital L.P.-developed project would have 97 residential units, 12 live-work units, about 6K SF of creative office and more than 15,500 SF of retail, Curbed Los Angeles reports.

There would also be solar panels, a hot tub, a sun deck and green space on the roof.
