Plans For Hanover Olympic Revealed

LA finally can get a first look at Hanover Olympic, The Hanover Co’s mixed-use development in South Park.

The scaffolding has come down on the seven-story building at the corner of Olympic Boulevard and Olive Street, where there will be 263 apartments and around 14,500 SF of ground-level retail space. It's one of several projects the firm has underway in LA.

The TCA Architects-designed building will include an underground garage with parking for up to 250 cars, according to Urbanize LA.

Construction is scheduled to finish in Q2 of this year. [ULA]
