New Mixed-Use Building Coming To Los Feliz

A gas station in Los Feliz (Western and Franklin avenues) may soon give way to a mixed-use development.

Santa Monica's Dynamic Development Co filed plans with the City of LA last week to build the project.

It would have a five-story building with 96 apartments and 5,546 SF of ground-level retail, according to Urbanize LA.

Dynamic Development has requested a density bonus to increase the allowable number of units and maximum building height in exchange for setting aside 16 apartments for low-income households. [ULA]
