Jamison Services has just filed plans with the LA Department of City Planning for a new high-rise at 3545 Wilshire Blvd in Koreatown.
The proposed project would have 428 residential units and nearly 32k SF of ground-floor retail space in two towers (14 and 32 stories) and a six-level parking structure, according to Urbanize LA.
The mixed-use development was originally planned for a smaller seven-story project. [ULA]
