Mixed-Use Campus Coming To The Arts District

Studio One Eleven is proposing a three-building campus in the Arts District in DTLA.

New renderings show the 2110 Bay development, which would be built on a 1.8-acre site adjacent to the Soho Warehouse.

The proposed plans include a 110-unit live/work tower, public and private space, and a rooftop pool deck, Curbed reports.

There would also be an office building with 100k SF of leasable space.

The development would be built on top of a three-level underground parking garage.

The 2110 Bay development, to be east of Santa Fe Avenue between Bay and Sacramento streets, would include more than 50k SF of retail and restaurants. [Curbed]
