An empty lot at the corner of 4th and Linden may soon be transformed into a mixed-use complex.

Studio One Eleven is designing the six-story building, which would have 49 units, LongBeachize reports. Sares-Regis is the developer.

The development is near the Metro Blue Line and part of the revitalization of downtown Long Beach, which developers say has a great deal of amenities to offer.
