Jamison Services Breaks Ground On Koreatown Development

Jamison Services just broke ground in Koreatown for a new mixed-use development at 3060 W Olympic Blvd.

The seven-story project, designed by KTGY Group, will have 226 one- and two-bedroom apartments on a 1.5-acre site.

Amenities include a fitness center and a swimming pool. There will be 16k SF of retail space on the ground level, according to Urbanize LA.

The project is reserving 19 units for low-income tenants in exchange for density bonus incentives. It is scheduled for completion by the end of 2017. [ULA]
