Koreatown Could Get Another Mixed-Use Project

A new, seven-story mixed-use project may soon be built in Koreatown on South Westmoreland Avenue.

Crenshaw Country Club LLC, which is connected to investor Brian Han, filed plans Monday to build 77 live/work units at 614 South Westmoreland Ave., The Real Deal reports.

The project would include 3,100 SF of retail. It would replace a one-story office building on a 0.4-acre lot.

Han bought the property last year for $6.9M.
