Rendering Of Arts District’s Second And Vignes Project With Private Club

Developer Est4te Four, owner of the Challenge Cream and Butter Co. building in the Arts District, plans to preserve the 1920s building and expand it.

There would be five new floors added to the top of the two-story warehouse, Curbed Los Angeles reports.

As a result, there would be an additional nearly 64k SF at the building at 929 East Second St.

Offices, a swimming pool, a café, retail, a private club and artist studios would be among the building's offerings.
