New renderings have recently been released of a mixed-use project in Chinatown that would feature lots of glass and is being aimed at Millennials.
The project will have 122 residential units, 4,200 SF of ground-floor retail space, 120 parking spaces and 124 spaces for bikes. Six of the units will be reserved for very-low-income residents. The development would replace the one-story Alpine Plaza, Curbed reports.
The building is being designed by GMPA Architects and developed by a company owned by DTLA developer Izek Shomof.
There are a host of developments around Chinatown, including the recent filing by Redcar to build a mixed-use project on North Spring Street.
