A half-acre property once home to the Dolores Restaurant & Bakery could be converted into a mixed-use development, reports Building LA. The 11407 W Santa Monica Blvd site would become a five-story, 51-unit complex with 1,500 SF of ground-floor retail. Building LA reports some of the units would be affordable housing, but no specifics have been released.
