700 Manhattan Unveiled

Construction is set to begin later this year on Jamison Services' 700 Manhattan, a mixed-use complex near the Metro Wilshire/Western Station.

GMP Architects is designing the seven-story building, which will have 160 units over 10,300 SF of ground-floor retail space.

There would also be a total of 17k SF of amenities, including multiple lounge areas, a pool deck, a dog run and outdoor screening areas, according to Urbanize LA.

Construction is expected to begin this winter.
