1.1M SF IE Industrial Breaks Ground

Hillwood Investment Properties recently broke ground on Alliance Gateway South Building Three, a 1.1M SF addition to the massive San Bernardino project. Colliers senior EVP Ian DeVries (snapped here at the top of Haleakala, Maui) tells us the new building is the largest spec undertaking in the project, and should bring some more jobs into the growing area. The IE industrial market has been heating up and the project will have access to three major freeways—the I-10, I-215 and I-210. Ian and Chris DeVries are handling the listing.

Gateway South will feature 36-foot warehouse clearances, ESFR sprinklers, cross-dock loading with 215 dock-high loading doors, 588 trailer parking spaces and two concrete secured truck courts. Situated on 50 acres, the project should deliver in December.
