Providence Releases Renderings For Medical Center Expansion In Tarzana

Providence Health & Systems' upcoming expansion will add 256K SF on-site at Providence Tarzana Medical Center, as shown in new renderings.

The project includes building a new patient unit and six-story parking garage with 557 parking spaces, Urbanize LA reports.

The initial plans were filed with the City of LA a year ago. Perkins+Will is the architect for the development.

It will consist of a six-story building rising to a maximum height of 120 feet above grade.

Providence Tarzana Medical Center is investing more than $500M in the expansion.

The project is expected to be completed between 2022 and 2025.
