New Development Coming To Van Nuys

Blue Arch Investments will soon build a mixed-use development in Van Nuys that will replace a closed grocery store at 7111 North Sepulveda Blvd.

The six-story project, designed by Daryoush Safai, will consist of 180 apartments over 4,750 SF of ground-floor retail, Urbanize LA reports.

There will be studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Twenty units will be set aside for very-low-income households.

Construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter.
