A mixed-use development planned for Wilshire Boulevard near the border of Koreatown is slated to include 23 stories of residential over a seven-story podium.

The project is being developed by Hankey Investment Co. and Jamison Services, The Real Deal reports. Hankey has a 51% stake in the development, and Jamison has 49%.

The project will include 644 residential units, 10K SF of retail and 5,500 SF of restaurants, Curbed Los Angeles reports.

The tower, designed by LA's Large Architecture, will include studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments and townhomes.

There will also be 64K SF of communal space for residents, including patios, an event space, fitness room, swimming pool and a dog park.

Jamison Services has other projects in the neighborhood, including a mixed-use project at 3060 West Olympic Blvd. with more than 200 units.
