"It will really be the first Class-A gym within downtown Long Beach," Stillwater Investment Group President John Drachman said Thursday at the Bisnow Long Beach Boom event.

Stillwater Investment Group is investing about $25M into One World Trade Center.

Greenlaw Partners, Walton Street Capital and Stillwater Investment Group purchased One World Trade Center in August 2015 for $105M.
