Adler Realty Aims To Build Massive Project On 24-Acre Site

Adler Realty Investments has filed plans to build a proposed 24-acre site at Burbank Boulevard and De Soto Avenue.

The development would be built in eight phases over more than 2.6M SF.

It would include nine buildings with about 1,000 residential units, 222 hotel rooms and 1.4M SF of retail, office and restaurants, Urbanize LA reports.

Adler Realty paid around $80M for the property four years ago.

Another big project may be built at the Westfield Promenade on Topanga Canyon Boulevard.
