The bridge financing from Prime Finance will recapitalize a 34-property SoCal portfolio totaling some 3M SF of office, industrial and retail space. The loan is being used to refinance two maturing CMBS loans and provide capital for Garden Grove-based The Abbey Company. Nebo Capital arranged the financing.
