AssetAvenue has named Peter Coleman (here with girlfriend Elizabeth Feldman) as its first CFO, who brings a wealth of experience running the numbers for tech startups. Most recently, Peter worked as CFO for electronics firm FuHu and LOYAL3, a tech finance company. It's been a big few months for the crowdfunder, as it brought in a Colony Capital exec to be its chief investment officer and recently raised another $11M in funding. The platform, which was launched last year, raised $3M in seed funding in September with Matrix Partners and NetEase.
