The $15M affordable housing development Paloma Terrace is nearing completion.
The project, built by the Retirement Housing Foundation, will feature 59 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as a private library, activity rooms and a basketball court.
Rents for the affordable housing units will range from $458 to $1,272/month, according to Urbanize LA.
Killefer Flammang Architects designed the building.
The project is replacing an approximately .95-acre lot at 5000-5024 S Main St. [ULA]
