Has SL Green stopped to take a breath? First, the REIT has agreed to sell the leasehold for the 193k SF 292 Madison, above, for $85Mafter buying it from Gramercy Capital in December for $19.2M and $59.1M in debt. (This latest deal will bring in net proceeds of $22.7M.) It's also selling two retail condos at 141 Fifth with Jeff Sutton for $46M. On the leasing side, Beth Israel renewed 113k S at SL Green's 555 W 57th St for 15 years, while Bloomingdale's signed for 148k SF at 919 Third for 10. And after just one year at 100 Church St, HealthFirst expanded by 58k SF for 20 years, bringing its footprint there to 230k SF.
