Berkeley Group-owned developer St. George acquired Land Securities’ Ealing Filmworks cinema-led project in West London for £100M.

The site has planning permission for 75k SF of high-quality retail anchored by a multi-screen Picturehouse cinema, as well as a mix of restaurants, cafés, shops, bars, 161 new homes and a landscaped public square.

St. George has already delivered Dickens Yard, a mixed-use development in Ealing, and Southall Waterside.
