Sager Group and venture partner Cain Hoy launched the second phase of Islington Square for sale. The new project, smack in the middle of Islington, features one- and two-bedroom apartments as well as Dakota Suites with views onto communal greenspaces and a tranquil Zen viewing garden in the central courtyard. The development is already 60% sold.

The new show apartments have been furnished by Nicola Fontanella of Argent Design, interior designer to the stars, whose client list includes Madonna and Naomi Campbell.

Sager Group CEO Giris Rabinovitch said the scheme has been particularly popular with young families, and those looking to downsize.

Once complete, Islington Square will form a £400M, 4.5-acre Covent Garden-style destination for London, providing 263 new homes, 108 serviced apartments, and 170k SF of retail and leisure facilities, including shops, cafés, restaurants and luxury lifestyle brands. Three key anchor tenants have been announced: The Lounge by Odeon cinema, Third Space health club and Citadines.
