Mitsubishi Estate London has joined Legal & General Property to develop an 11-story, 250k SF office building at 245 Hammersmith Road. The new building will feature retail and an urban park and plaza as well as a business lounge at ground level and a café that will be open to the public.
The lack of affordable Class-A property available in the area has created a lot of excitement around the project.
Completion is set for Q1 2019.
