Calthorpe Estates Readies To Submit Plans For New Garden Square

A 10-acre site on a main route into Birmingham city centre will soon be transformed from vacant office lots into a vibrant £300M mixed-use scheme around a garden square.

Calthorpe Estates is exhibiting its plans for public consultation as it readies to submit a planning application in December. New Garden Square will feature a mix of commercial and leisure space, new flats, car parking and a landscaped public garden. The site will be linked to the proposed Sprint bus route and Metro interchange.

The CBRE team in Birmingham is advising on the planning process.
