Developer Argent Related will lead the £1B development of Tottenham Hale in London. Argent Related will build 800 homes, new retail, cafés, restaurants and community amenities, including a fitness centre, along with improved greenspaces and better access to the new Tottenham Hale transport links and Lee Valley Regional Park.
Argent Related is also in a JV with Barnet Council to develop London’s Brent Cross South site.
