LaSalle Investment Management and Salmon Developments completed their £18M Sovereign urban logistics warehouse in Sutton, south London.

Sovereign comprises 81k SF on a three-acre site. The industrial building includes 4k SF of offices, a spacious yard and 74 car parking spaces. Located on Kimpton Industrial Park, the site is easily accessible from central London. Rents start at about £1M a year.

JLL and Altus Maxwell Brown are the letting agents for Sovereign.
