Siemens Buys UK Gas Turbine HQ From Landlord For £35M

90 North has sold Feilden House, Teal Park in Lincoln to Siemens.

The property forms the UK overhaul facility for Siemens gas turbines. The engineering and technology services company will extend the existing 136K SF office and industrial warehouse facility by approximately 75K SF to create a Global Service Operations Centre. Siemens total investment, including the purchase of the existing 11-acre property, will be in the region of £35M.

Building work to extend the facility is scheduled to start in May 2017 and be completed by January 2018. RY Partnership and BNP Paribas advised the vendor, and Rapleys advised Siemens PLC.
