London South Bank University Seeking Partner For £500M Redev Project

London South Bank University

London South Bank University will redevelop the Technopark site on its main campus in Southwark.  The uni is looking for a development partner to draw up plans, according to Construction Enquirer.

The contract value will be about £500M but it could rise to as much as £1.5B depending on the scale of the project. [CE]
