Fort Worth-based Bowen Properties chose Innovative Developers of Fort Worth to explore redevelopment plans (marketing and economics of such a decision) for the Fort Worth Public Market, 1400 Henderson St. IDI then turned to Gideon Toal’s Michael Bennett and James Toal to help with plans and design. The site includes a 19K SF main building and an adjacent 15K SF one. IDI VP Nina Petty said it's considering a single-use HQ facility or possible general office, retail, or medical purposes, as it's located at the entrance to Fort Worth’s Medical District. Our suggestion of it being the perfect shape to house a giant giraffe is probably the reason we weren't selected.
