We’re looking for the forty 40-and-under superstars with mojo and agreat story—when they speak, the industry listens. Know someone who fits the bill? Nominate them! Now, the fine print: 40 or younger this year, and is a property owner, developer, asset/property manager, investor, financier, broker, or a community leader with direct impact on CRE. The preliminary list will be vetted by multiple people withinBisnow and the industry; the final rankings in June will be determined by each candidate's industry influence, not deal size.
