Do you have an eye for who will be an industry leader 10 or 20 years from now? We’re looking to publish that power list a decadebefore our competition with Bisnow’s new “Emerging Stars” ranking. We’re looking for the forty 40-and-under superstars with mojo and agreat story—when they speak, the industry listens. Know someone who fits the bill? Nominate them! Now, the fine print: 40 or younger this year, and is a property owner, developer, asset/property manager, investor, financier, broker, or a community leader with direct impact on CRE. The preliminary list will be vetted by multiple people withinBisnow and the industry; the final rankings in June will be determined by each candidate's industry influence, not deal size. All nominations are due by 3/25.
