The build-out is moving along at Life Time Work in City Centre Five in west Houston.

Life Time, a national fitness club, launched its shared workspace platform in 2017 to provide a healthy work-life balance for professionals.

The 25K SF facility will feature 48 offices, 79 open desks, eight phone booths, five conference rooms and a lounge area. Construction is expected to wrap up in May. The private offices are already 50% leased, according to Life Time officials.

On-site amenities will include secure, business-class WiFi, printing, scanning and shredding, coffee and healthy snacks, sit-and-stand workspaces, lockable storage and wellness rooms. 

Members will have 24/7 access and are permitted to bring two guests for two hours at a time. Some restrictions apply. Members can also purchase unreserved parking for $25/per month. All members get Diamond-level access to all Life Time clubs in the U.S. and Canada.  

The Houston location is Life Time Work's third in North America, including Life Time Athletic Ardmore in Pennsylvania, which opened earlier this year, and Life Time Work West End outside of Minneapolis, scheduled to open in early 2019.
