The Monroe Teams Up With New Buffalo Bayou Park

Last week, The Monroe at Bayou Park celebrated the grand opening of its neighbor, Buffalo Bayou Park. Developer Al Ross Luxury Homes will donate $10k to the Buffalo Bayou Partnership for every condo that goes under contract by Dec. 1. Here are Buffalo Bayou Partnership director of development Leigh McBurnett and president Anne Olson with Al Ross CEO Al Ross at Thursday's Buffalo Bayou Park opening party. 30% of the units are sold and several contracts are in the works. Buffalo Bayou Park is 124 acres that just got reimagined with outdoor activities, including canoeing, 20 miles of hike and bike trails, a dog park and a disc golf course.
