Light Hill To Build New Montrose Apartment Development

When will Montrose multifamily development stop? Another new project was announced this morning—Light Hill Partners purchased three properties along the Southwest Freeway on Mount Vernon Street. It will raze existing buildings and construct a mid-rise apartment project, the Houston Business Journal reports. This one is different than most other new communities in the area, though—it's mostly efficiencies, and although the finishes will be high-end, it won't include all the amenities built in the latest luxury developments.
