Hines Looks To Sell Upper Kirby Multifamily Asset

Situated on the edge of two of Houston's most notable neighborhoods, Montrose and River Oaks, Hines' Upper Kirby multifamily project, 21 Eleven, has hit the sales block.

The 203K SF project at the corner of Westheimer and Shepherd was completed in 2015 as part of the first wave of multifamily projects developed by Hines, which started its apartment division in 2011. On 1.9 acres, the two five-story buildings designed by Meeks + Partners are connected by a skybridge.

Berkadia's multifamily group, led by Ryan Epstein, will work the sale of the 215-unit community at 2119 Westheimer.
