Fifth Haven Community to Revamp South Main

Guefen Development is beginning construction on Haven at Main, a 256-unit community just south of the Med Center. The project fits the goals of the Stadium Park Redevelopment Authority, which District K Houston councilmember Larry Green is hoping will change the look of the South Main corridor in time for us to host the Super Bowl in 2017. Guefen partner David Kulkarni tells us first residents for Haven at Main will get to move in November 2015. Guefen has four other communities under construction in Houston: Haven at Eldridge, Haven at Westgreen, Haven at West 11th, and 2121 Ella.
