Caldwell Cos. To Develop 330-Unit Class-A Multifamily Project Adjacent To New H-E-B In Spring

Caldwell Cos. is bringing 330 Class-A units to Spring. Located at the corner of Gosling and FM 2920, adjacent to the new H-E-B site, the project will be named Lakeview Oaks. Nestled among large oak trees, the gated community will offer luxury apartments with Hill Country-inspired architecture. One- to three-bedroom apartments will be available for lease and offer private, attached and/or detached garages for select units.
