Caldwell Cos. To Develop 330-Unit Class-A Multifamily Project Adjacent To New H-E-B In Spring

Caldwell Cos. is bringing 330 Class-A units to Spring. Located at the corner of Gosling and FM 2920, adjacent to the new H-E-B site, the project will be named Lakeview Oaks. Nestled among large oak trees, the gated community will offer luxury apartments with Hill Country-inspired architecture. One- to three-bedroom apartments will be available for lease and offer private, attached and/or detached garages for select units. The site offers convenient access to Interstate 45, George Bush Intercontinental, the new Exxon Mobil campus and Springwoods Village.

Construction is slated to commence in early 2018 with apartment homes available for lease in 2019. The adjacent H-E-B will open later this year.
