Advenir Acquires New Apartment Community In NW Houston

Advenir acquired a 480-unit Class-A apartment complex at 6160 East Sam Houston Pwky N. The community was formerly called Broadstone Stone Park Apartments and will now be known as Advenir at Stone Park.

This is Advenir’s third investment of the year; the company plans to spend $350M by year’s end.

Advenir at Stone Park features two 24-hour fitness centers, two business centers, two resort-style swimming pools and storage units. The company plans to invest $4M to renovate and modernize the development from the common areas to the interiors.

The property is within walking distance to The Shops at Stone Park and New Forest Crossing Shopping Center, which include 533k SF of retail.
