Earlier this year Surge Homes announced its latest Midtown project, The Isabella. The $42M project at 4001 Main already has a new design. Newly released renderings on Surge Homes' website show a sleek new look.

The Isabella will now offer 163 units ranging from $140K to $600K+. Floor plans range from 405 SF to 2K SF and include lofts, one-, two- and three-bedroom condos, as well as penthouses with up to two and a half bathrooms.

The Isabella is Surge’s third condo project and fourth Inner Loop community. The projects are part of Surge's ambitious plan to launch 10 different Houston communities.
