Two Industrial Heavy Hitters Join Transwestern From NAI Partners

Two of Houston's top industrial brokers have changed shops. John Ferruzzo and Nick Peterson, both formally with NAI Partners, joined Transwestern to expand the firm's industrial tenant rep and investment sales services. Ferruzzo joins as executive managing director while Peterson will come on board as a managing director.

Bringing 23 years of experience to the table, Ferruzzo has closed more than $1.5B in transactions comprising more than 31M SF throughout his career. His clients include Patterson UTI, Panattoni, Genentech, Fairfield Geotechnologies, Hilcorp, AEW and Prologis, according to the announcement. He joined NAI Partners in 2000 to help launch its industrial brokerage.

Peterson has closed over 6M SF of transactions in his career, totaling over $400M in aggregate value.

Each has earned several industry awards for his production.
