Tomball Industrial Park Nears Completion

TNRG is wrapping up construction on Tomball Industrial Park's Phase 1, four buildings totaling 56k SF. TNRG's Patrick Wolford and Mike Spears are handling leasing/sales and say there was a lack of product to meet the area's strong demand for industrial/flex. The park is one of the first of its kind in the area, and has easy access to the Grand Parkway. The team is targeting a wide swath of users (distribution, service, or oil and gas), offering sale or lease opportunities, buildings in a variety of sizes, 20-ton crane capacity, three-phase/480V power and a lot of customizable options. Tomball's commercial activity has been growing, partially thanks to the new Tomball Tollway and the expansion of the Grand Parkway a few miles away. Next door to TNRG's development, Packers Plus Energy Services is building a 382k SF facility.
