Sealy Strategic Partners To Offload 1.4M SF In Three Markets

Sealy & Co completed the disposition of 1.4M SF of assets in Houston, San Antonio and Nashville for $107M over the last 75 days. The completed dispositions are representative of the overall portfolio strategy to harvest select properties and recycle capital, allowing Sealy to continually refine its portfolio. Of the three properties disposed, two were wholly owned by Sealy and one was a JV investment.
