Randalls has found a buyer for its 700K SF freezer/cooler warehouse and distribution facility at 10700 Telge Road in Houston. The sale completes Randalls' move to Dallas after closing the location last year. The buyer, Crow Holdings Industrial, plans to expand the site and facility with three additional buildings. The total project size will exceed 1M SF and the buildings will target a wide range of tenants in the cold storage and distribution industries.

The site, which is 20 miles northwest of the central business district, is on the Northwest Houston corridor in the Aberdeen Business Park.

Alberstons Cos., Randalls' parent company, was represented by Binswanger's Holmes Davis. Crow Holdings Industrial was represented in-house by Cory Driskill and Will Mundinger.
