Prologis Portfolio Reaches 100% Occupancy In Northwest Houston

With the completion of a new 31k SF industrial lease to Black Horse, Prologis' portfolio in West By Northwest Industrial Park is now 100% occupied. Black Horse is a JV between Caterpillar Inc and Ariel Corp that provides well service pressure pumping products and solutions. The 2M SF, 20-building portfolio was filled up by Transwestern, which signed over 100k SF in the last eight months despite Houston's oil downturn.
