Northwest Houston Industrial Tract Sells

One year after Goya Foods finished its huge processing center out on I-10, its former home has sold. CHI Tanner purchased 5750 Brittmoore Rd, a 24.6-acre site. JLM Commercial Advisors’ Lane Guinn, who repped the seller with colleague Mary Jo Giammalva, tells us the transaction includes a 140k SF office/warehouse, but the value is really in the land. With 15.5 acres available to build, it’s one of the few large developable tracts in the 290/Beltway 8 corridor. CHI Tanner plans to develop a business park.
