New Missouri City Industrial Park Welcomes Inaugural Tenant

JV partners Conor Commercial Real Estate, a member of The McShane Cos, and USAA Real Estate have landed Tire Universe as the first tenant at Gateway Southwest Industrial Park. Tire Universe will occupy 42k SF including a 1,400 SF office component and generous trailer and vehicle parking.

The new industrial park features two buildings totaling 348k SF. Kee Commercial Realty's Sandy Kee repped the tenant, and Bridge CRE's Ed Bane and Jon Michael repped the co-development team.
