New JV Builds Distribution Center in North Houston

Nelson Commercial Properties is partnering with Golden Shamrock Realty to build a distribution center for Keystone Automotive Industries

Located at 1101 Richey Rd adjacent to the Hardy Toll Road, the build-to-suit will be 201k SF, with 11k SF of office, on 12 acres of land. The facility will feature large truck courts and plentiful trailer storage. It will deliver in summer 2016.

Nelson and Golden Shamrock, which have never ventured together on a development, will own the center.

Munson Kennedy Partnership is the architect of record. Arch-Con is the GC.
